AYURVEDIC FALL CLEANSE
A gentle seasonal reset created to help you transition into the new season feeling more energetic, grounded and supported.
16–26 OCTOBER 2026 • ONLINE • SMALL GROUP

WHAT IS AYURVEDIC CLEANSE
Ayurveda recognizes that the transition between seasons brings changes in the qualities - called gunas in Sanskrit - present in our environment. Those changes can also influence our body, digestion and mind.
An Ayurvedic Cleanse is a gentle way to support the body as it moves from one season to the next. It focuses on simple, nourishing foods and supportive daily routines that help reduce and encourage balance.
Adapting our food, daily habits and self-care practices to the changing seasons is an important part of Ayurveda and can help us feel more grounded, nourished and supported throughout the year.
WHY FALL CLEANSE ?
Summer, called the Pitta season in Ayurveda, brings hot, sharp and spreading qualities. Fall, on the other hand, is associated with Vata dosha and qualities that are cool, dry, light and changeable.
The Ayurvedic Fall Cleanse offers an opportunity to gently transition from the warmth of summer into the cooler fall season while supporting digestion (Agni), establishing nourishing routines, and slowing down to reconnect with the natural rhythm of the season.
For midlife women, this seasonal transition can be especially meaningful. Ayurveda considers midlife a time of transition from the Pitta stage of life towards Vata, making warmth, nourishment, regularity and grounding increasingly important.
The Ayurvedic Fall Cleanse offers midlife women gentle support for digestion, steady energy and restful sleep, while creating daily routines that honors the changes taking place during perimenopause and menopause.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
The Fall Cleanse may be a beautiful fit for you if you are a woman in midlife who:

-
feels tired, overwhelmed or simply ready to slow down
-
experiences brain fog or mental fatigue
-
notices changes in her skin, including irritation or blemishes
-
enjoys nourishing food and simple self-care rituals
-
wants support rather than another restrictive diet
-
would like to create habits that continue beyond the cleanse
.
WHAT DOES AN AYURVEDIC CLEANSE LOOK LIKE ?
Forget everything you may associate with traditional cleanses and extreme detoxes.
An Ayurvedic cleanse is a simple, nourishing and supportive way to give your digestion a period of rest and simplicity while creating space for supportive food, daily routines and self-care.
Rather than relying on fasting, juices or restrictive diets, an Ayurvedic approach places emphasis on simple, warm and easily digestible foods, regular meals and supportive daily practices.
One of the foods traditionally used during an Ayurvedic cleanse is Kitchari - a simple combination of rice, mung dal, spices and nourishing fats.
Depending on your individual needs, the program may include nourishing options such as:
-
kitchari
-
vegetable soups
-
broths
-
cooked vegetables
-
seasonal grains
-
warming spices
-
simple breakfasts
-
nourishing fats such as ghee or suitable oils
The emphasis is on simplicity, warmth and digestibility.
