There comes a moment for many women's lives - often in their 40s or early 50s - when their body begins to feel unfamiliar. Energy becomes unpredictable. Sleep feels lighter or restless. Emotions become more intense. Skin looses it's radiance. Digestion becomes irregular.
You look in the mirror and somehow do not feel quite like yourself anymore.

I know this moment deeply - not only because I supported women through it for almost 20 years as a Registered Nurse, but because I have lived it myself.

MEET RENATA

My Story, My Path.

My path into this work was deeply personal.

When early perimenopause began for me, the symptoms were subtle and confusing. I experienced persistent skin issues, digestive problems, low energy, and fatigue. Even with my health science background, I didn’t recognize these as signs of early perimenopause.

I searched for answers through doctors, specialists, and natural health practitioners, yet no one connected my symptoms to hormonal transition. Like so many women, I felt unheard, confused, and disconnected from my own body. At the time, I was already living a healthy lifestyle - practicing yoga, nourishing myself well, exercising, and exploring holistic wellness. Some symptoms improved, yet they continued returning. I knew there had to be a deeper answer.

That is when Ayurveda entered my life. The more I immersed myself in Ayurvedic wisdom, the more everything began to make sense. I started introducing simple daily rituals, nourishing foods, herbal support, and lifestyle practices aligned with my body and nervous system. The changes were profound. My digestion improved. My skin calmed. My energy returned. Most importantly, I began to feel deeply connected to myself again.

I also carry with me the healing traditions I grew up with. Natural remedies, herbal medicine, and holistic care were part of everyday life long before I entered the medical world. In many ways, discovering Ayurveda felt less like learning something new and more like coming home.

As I moved further into perimenopause, I realized something unexpected: my experience was largely symptom-free. Not by luck - but because Ayurveda had prepared and supported my body through this transition in a way I never imagined possible.

Throughout my nursing career, I had listened to countless women speak about the symptoms and struggles they experienced during perimenopause and menopause - and how often they felt dismissed, overlooked, or told to simply “live with it cause it is just menopause.” I knew women deserved more. They deserved to feel heard, supported, educated, and empowered in their bodies.

Today, my mission is to help women navigate this chapter with greater ease, balance, confidence, and radiance. My work is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from supporting the whole woman - body, mind, and soul. I combine evidence-based knowledge from my nursing background with the nurturing, preventative wisdom of Ayurveda and the transformative practices of Face Yoga.

I believe perimenopause and menopause do not have to be years of suffering. With the right support, daily rituals, nourishment, and understanding of your body, this transition can become one of the most grounding, empowering, and transformative seasons of your life.

This work is deeply personal to me. And I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, wisdom, and genuine care.
