Who Am I
I'm a Certified Face Yoga and Ayurvedic Wellness Coach
Hello,
My name is Renata.
I am a Certified Face Yoga and Ayurvedic Wellness Coach.
Professionally I have a background in health and science. I am a Registered Nurse (RN), with a BScN from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. For almost 20 years I worked primarily within the Critical Care and Post - Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). I briefly worked in fertility and reproduction as well.
As long as I can remember I have always had a holistic view on health and wellness. I strongly believe that true healing and true well-being happens when connecting the mind, body, and soul of the individual. I always strived to incorporate this philosophy in my clinical practice while working with the patients. However, I sometimes felt that western medicine lacks the holistic perspective.
