CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY

 

Your place in the Ayurvedic Fall Cleanse is reserved once payment has been received.

Because this is a small-group experience with limited places, payments are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend

If something unexpected comes up and you are unable to participate in the Fall Cleanse, you may request to transfer your place to the next available seasonal cleanse offered by Renata Bak.

To be eligible for a transfer:

• The request must be made at least 7 days before the program begins.

• The transfer is subject to availability in the next seasonal cleanse.

• A place may be transferred once only.

• The transferred place must be used for the next available seasonal cleanse.

• If the future cleanse has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference before joining.

• If the future cleanse has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded.

• A transferred place cannot be exchanged for cash or another service.​

Cancellations within 7 days of the start date

Cancellations or transfer requests made less than 7 days before the program begins are non-refundable and normally cannot be transferred.

If an unexpected circumstance arises, you are welcome to contact me and I will consider your situation individually where possible.

If the program is cancelled​

If Renata Bak needs to cancel the Ayurvedic Fall Cleanse before it begins, you will be offered the choice of transferring your payment to a future cleanse or receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
