Service Description
A personalized Ayurvedic program for women in perimenopause and menopause. Whether you are dealing with hormonal imbalance, disrupted sleep, skin changes, low energy, or emotional overwhelm - this program addresses the root cause behind all of it, not just the symptoms. What’s Included: *Comprehensive Dosha Assessment Before we begin, you will complete a detailed Ayurvedic questionnaire and provide photographs of your face, tongue, hands, and body silhouette. This allows us to understand your unique constitution (Prakruti) and identify current imbalances (Vikruti). *Initial Intake Session (90–120 Minutes) Our first session is an in-depth exploration of your health through an Ayurvedic lens. We discuss your concerns, symptoms, digestion, sleep, stress levels, hormonal patterns, emotional wellbeing, lifestyle habits, and the specific challenges you are experiencing during perimenopause or menopause. *Three Follow-Up Sessions (60 Minutes Each) You will receive a plan built specifically around your body, your dosha, and what's actually going on for you. Recommendations may include: Ayurvedic daily routines, dosha-specific nutrition, herbal support, sleep and stress practices. Your plan evolves as your body and needs change. *Ongoing Support Between sessions, you will have email or text support for questions and guidance. Responses are provided within 24 - 48 hours during weekdays. *Educational Resources Throughout the program, you will receive materials to deepen your understanding of Ayurveda and how your hormones work at this stage of life. *Bonus Face Yoga Session (30 Minutes) A dedicated Face Yoga session to ease tension in your face and body, and support the natural lift and tone of your skin. >All sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase. Cancellation Policy
Program Terms & Cancellation Policy All sessions included in the "Midlife Wisdom Program "and the " Midlife Glow Program" must be used within 3 months of the purchase date. To receive a full refund, session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Once a session has begun, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for any unused or incomplete sessions remaining in a purchased package. Ayurvedic Seasonal Cleanse Cancellation & Transfer Policy Your place in the Ayurvedic Spring/Fall Cleanse is reserved once payment has been received. Because this is a small-group experience with limited places, **payments are non-refundable**. If you can no longer attend: If something unexpected comes up and you are unable to participate in the Ayurvedic Spring/Fall Cleanse, you may request to **transfer your place to the next available seasonal cleanse** offered by Renata Bak. To be eligible for a transfer: * The request must be made **at least 7 days before the program begins**. * The transfer is subject to availability in the next seasonal cleanse. * A place may be transferred **once only**. * The transferred place must be used for the **next available seasonal cleanse**. * If the future cleanse has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference before joining. * If the future cleanse has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded. * A transferred place cannot be exchanged for cash or another service. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date Cancellations or transfer requests made **less than 7 days before the program begins** are non-refundable and normally cannot be transferred. If an unexpected circumstance arises, you are welcome to contact me and I will consider your situation individually where possible. If the program is cancelled If Renata Bak needs to cancel the Ayurvedic Spring/Fall Cleanse before it begins, you will be offered the choice of transferring your payment to a future cleanse or receiving a full refund of the amount paid. By reserving your place, you confirm that you have read and understood Program Terms & Cancellation Policy and Cancellation & Transfer Policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
