A personalized Face Yoga program for women in perimenopause and menopause. Through facial exercises, massage, acupressure and lymphatic techniques, this program focuses on natural lifting and toning, reducing stress-related tension, and improving skin vitality - while supporting hormonal balance and nervous system regulation. A non-invasive alternative for women who want to age on their own terms. * Areas of Focus - Upper Face Releases forehead and eye tension, softens forehead lines, "11" lines and crow's feet, while naturally lifting the brows and eyelids. Supports relaxation and stress reduction - especially beneficial during hormonal shifts. - Mid Face Sculpts and tones the cheeks, softens nasolabial folds, stimulates natural collagen production and restores glow, hydration and fullness often affected during perimenopause and menopause. - Lower Face & Neck Redefines the jawline, improves neck tone, reduces jaw tension and supports lymphatic drainage - with special attention to areas impacted by hormonal changes, stress and inflammation. * Personalized Support We may also address your individual concerns including stress and fatigue, poor sleep, facial puffiness, jaw tension, dry or dull skin, loss of firmness, emotional overwhelm and nervous system regulation. Cancellation Policy
Program Terms & Cancellation Policy All sessions included in the "Midlife Wisdom Program "and the " Midlife Glow Program" must be used within 3 months of the purchase date. To receive a full refund, session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Once a session has begun, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for any unused or incomplete sessions remaining in a purchased package. Ayurvedic Seasonal Cleanse Cancellation & Transfer Policy Your place in the Ayurvedic Spring/Fall Cleanse is reserved once payment has been received. Because this is a small-group experience with limited places, **payments are non-refundable**. If you can no longer attend: If something unexpected comes up and you are unable to participate in the Ayurvedic Spring/Fall Cleanse, you may request to **transfer your place to the next available seasonal cleanse** offered by Renata Bak. To be eligible for a transfer: * The request must be made **at least 7 days before the program begins**. * The transfer is subject to availability in the next seasonal cleanse. * A place may be transferred **once only**. * The transferred place must be used for the **next available seasonal cleanse**. * If the future cleanse has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference before joining. * If the future cleanse has a lower price, the difference will not be refunded. * A transferred place cannot be exchanged for cash or another service. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date Cancellations or transfer requests made **less than 7 days before the program begins** are non-refundable and normally cannot be transferred. If an unexpected circumstance arises, you are welcome to contact me and I will consider your situation individually where possible. If the program is cancelled If Renata Bak needs to cancel the Ayurvedic Spring/Fall Cleanse before it begins, you will be offered the choice of transferring your payment to a future cleanse or receiving a full refund of the amount paid. By reserving your place, you confirm that you have read and understood Program Terms & Cancellation Policy and Cancellation & Transfer Policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
