Service Description
The sessions are tailored to your individual needs and include : Areas of focus : * Upper Face - focuses on forehead & eye area, releasing tension in forehead area, reducing forehead wrinkles, 11 lines & crows feet, as well as lifting the brows & eyelids. * Mid Face - focuses on sculpturing & toning cheeks, smoothing out & reduces the nasolabial folds, reduces “smoker’s “ lines, lifts the corners of the mouth, pumps & tones the lips. * Lower Face - focuses on tightening & sculpting the neck area and redefining the jawline while reducing jaw and neck tension. OR We will focus on several areas of concerns based on your personal needs. Each session includes: - 1 hour meeting ,once per week via ZOOM - Face Yoga exercises ( warm up, main poses & cool down) - Detailed step by step instructions for you to practice on your own including recorded replay of each session - Techniques like acupressure, massage, relaxation - Discussions about healthy lifestyle and skin care - Resources and recommendations based on your specific needs - Muscle anatomy reference chart - Before and after photos may be taken to help measure results
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, please cancel the session at least 24 hours in advance. There is NO refund after beginning the session & the package for any remaining sessions that were paid for but not completed. Thank you! Zwrot pieniędzy NIE obowiązuje po rozpoczęciu sesji lub pakietu sesji, za pozostałe sesje, które zostały opłacone, ale nie zostały ukończone. Dziękuję!
